Satyrykon 2025 - kurallar ve düzenlemeler
I. Katılım koşulları
1. Satyrykon 2025 Uluslararası Sergisi açık bir yarışmadır.
2. Yarışmanın nesneleri, isteğe bağlı teknikler kullanılarak oluşturulan, orijinal ve sanatçılar tarafından aşağıdaki bölümlerden birine uygun görülen çizimler, grafikler ve diğer güzel sanatlar ve fotoğraf eserleridir:
I – Konu: "İki Kötülükten Daha Azı"
II – Şaka ve Hiciv
3. DİĞER YARIŞMALARDA ÖDÜL ALAN ESERLER Satyrykon yarışmasından hariç tutulacaktır.
4. Eserler, 7 Ocak 2025'e kadar (en geç 11.59 a.m., Polonya saat dilimi) https://satyrykon.pl/en/applications/ adresinde bulunan çevrimiçi form aracılığıyla gönderilmelidir.
5. Yarışmanın her bölümü için en fazla üç eser gönderilebilir. Kabul edilen çalışma formatı: A3 (297x420mm) en fazla, resim başına 5 MB, JPEG formatında kaydedilmiş. E-posta ile gönderilemeyen nesneler (örneğin heykeller) durumunda lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin:
satyrykon@lck.art.pl.
II. Ödüller
1. Yarışmaya katılan eserler uluslararası jüri tarafından değerlendirilecektir.
2. Jüri aşağıdaki ödülleri verecektir:
Grand Prix Satyrykon 2025 – ayni ödül – saf altın anahtar ve 12.000 PLN tutarında nakit ödül
Her biri 8.000 PLN tutarında 2 altın madalya ve nakit ödül.
Her biri 7.000 PLN tutarında 2 gümüş madalya ve nakit ödül.
Her biri 6.000 PLN tutarında 2 bronz madalya ve nakit ödül.
Her biri 5.000 PLN tutarında 4 özel ödül.
3. Özel ödüller verilecektir:
Legnica Belediye Başkanı 5.000 PLN tutarında ödül.
Legnica Kültür Merkezi Müdürü 5.000 PLN tutarında ödül.
Varşova Karikatür Müzesi 5.000 PLN tutarında.
Satyrykon'un Andrzej Tomiałojć Vakfı'ndan 5.000 PLN tutarında ödül.
- Organizatörler, kazananlar için ek ödüller bekliyor: THE BEST DEBUT'un Yazarı ve THE STUDENT DEBUT'un Yazarı, Satyrykon 2025 etkinlikleri programı kapsamında Satyrykon Galerisi'nde kişisel sergiyle birlikte olacak.
- Jüri, yasal ödüllerin nihai dağıtımını yapma hakkına sahiptir, yani sayılarını değiştirme, onları vermeme veya Grand Prix Satyrykon'u vermeme hakkına sahiptir. Jüri kararları kesindir.
- Yarışmanın 2. aşamasına hak kazanan eserlerin dizini 24 Ocak 2025'te Satyrykon web sayfasında duyurulacaktır: www.satyrykon.pl.
- Organizatör, yarışmanın 2. aşamasına hak kazanan katılımcıları e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirecektir.
- Sergilenmeye hak kazanan eserlerin dizini ile yarışma sonuçları 7 Mart 2025'te açıklanacaktır.
3. Yarışmaya katılım ücretsizdir. Eser orijinalleri, Yazarın seçtiği eserlerden birini Satyrykon Galerisi'ne bağışlaması koşuluyla iade edilecektir - yayınlama masraflarının bir telafisi olarak. Yazarın net bir göstergesi yoksa, organizatör eseri Yazarın masrafı ile geri gönderebilir. Ödeme ve iade detayları bireysel e-posta yazışmalarında düzenlenecektir.

AYNI VE NAKİT ÖDÜLLER, GÜNCEL YÖNETMELİKLERE GÖRE VERGİYE TABİDİR. Yazarlara ödeme yapma koşulu, serginin açılışına gelmeleri veya ödüllerin yazar tarafından belirtilen bir para biriminde banka hesabına aktarılmasıdır.
III. Katılımcıların ayrıcalıkları
1. Sergiye katılmaya hak kazanan eserlerin yazarlarına sergi kataloğunun tanıtım kopyası ve katalogda ücretsiz yer verilir.
2. Organizatörler, yarışma ödülü kazananlara 13-15 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde Satyrykon 2025 etkinliğine ücretsiz katılım hakkı sağlar.
3. Sergilere gönderilen eserler, ana sergiden sonra Polonya'da ve yurtdışında sergilenecek ve ardından 2026 yılı sonuna kadar yazarlarına iade edilecektir. IV. Son hükümler
1. Organizatörler, gönderilen eserleri yazarlara herhangi bir özel ücret ödemeden Satyrykon reklam amaçları için kullanma hakkını saklı tutar: çeşitli reklam materyallerinde sergilenmek ve çoğaltılmak, ayrıca kataloglarda basılmak ve dağıtılmak üzere.
2. Ödül kazanan eserler organizatörlerin mülkü haline gelir ve Satyrykon Galerisi koleksiyonuna dahil edilir.
3. Sergi organizatörleri, yönetmeliklerin yorumlanmasında son jüridir.
4. Sanatçı, eserini göndererek yukarıda belirtilen kuralları ve yönetmelikleri kabul eder ve yazarın profilinin sergi sonrası katalogda yayınlanmasını kabul eder.

Satyrykon 2025 - rules and regulations
I. Participation conditions
1. Satyrykon 2025 International Exhibition is an open competition.
2. The objects of the competition are drawings, graphics and other works of fine arts and photography created with the use of optional techniques, being originals and qualified by artists to one of the following sections:
I – Theme: "The lesser of two Evils"
II – Joke & Satire
3. WORKS AWARDED IN OTHER COMPETITIONS will be excluded from the Satyrykon competition.
4. Works are to be sent via the online form by 7th January 2025 (no later than 11.59 a.m., Polish time zone) avilable at: https://satyrykon.pl/en/applications/
5. Up to three works may be submitted for each section of the competition. Accepted work format: A3 (297x420mm) at maximum, 5 MB per picture, saved in JPEG format. In the case of objects that cannot be sent by e-mail (e.g. sculptures), please contact us: satyrykon@lck.art.pl.
II. Prizes
1. Works for the competition will be qualified by the international Jury.
2. Jury will award the following prizes:
Grand Prix Satyrykon 2025 – prize in kind – pure gold key and cash prize in the amount of 12.000 PLN
2 gold medals and cash prize in the amount of 8.000 PLN each.
2 silver medals and cash prize in the amount of 7.000 PLN each.
2 bronze medals and cash prize in the amount of 6.000 PLN each.
4 special prizes amounting to 5.000 PLN each.
3. Special prizes will be awarded:
Mayor of Legnica in amount of 5.000 PLN award.
Director of Legnica Culture Center in amount of 5.000 PLN award.
Museum of Caricature in Warsaw in amount of 5.000 PLN.
Satyrykon`s Andrzej Tomiałojć Foundation in amount of 5.000 PLN award.
- The organizers are expecting extra awards for laureates: for the Author of THE BEST DEBUT and the Author of THE STUDENT DEBUT to be accompanied by a solo exhibition at the Satyrykon Gallery within the program of Satyrykon 2025 events.
- Jury has the right of final distribution of the statutory prizes, i.e. to change their number, not to award them, or not to award the Grand Prix Satyrykon. Jury’s decisions are final.
- The index of works qualified for the 2nd stage of the competition will be announced on 24th January 2025 at Satyrykon webpage: www.satyrykon.pl.
- The organizer will inform the participants who have qualified for the 2nd stage of the competition via email.
- The competition results with index of works qualified for exhibition will be announced on 7th March 2025.
3. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The work originals will be returned on condition that the Author donates one of the works of her/his choice to the Satyrykon Gallery – as a form of compensation for posting costs. In case there is no clear Author’s indication, the organizer may post the work back on the Author’s cost. Details of payment and return will be arranged in individual e-mail correspondence.
Note!
IN-KIND and CASH AWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO TAXATION ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT REGULATIONS. The condition to pay the authors is their arrival for the opening of the exhibition or the awards can be transferred into a bank account in a currency specified by the author.
III. Participants’ privileges
1. Authors of the works qualified to the exhibition are given a presentation copy of the exhibition catalogue and a free-of-charge place in the catalogue.
2. Organizers provide competition prize-winners with gratuitous participation in the Satyrykon 2025 event on June 13-15, 2025.
3. Works sent to the exhibitions will be exhibited in Poland and abroad after the main exhibition, and then will be returned to their authors by the end of 2026. WE KINDLY ASK THE AUTHORS TO NOTIFY US ABOUT ANY CHANGES TO THEIR ADDRESS DATA – RETURN ADDRESS / PHONE / E-MAIL (please contact us: satyrykon@lck.art.pl).
IV. Final provisions
1. Organizers reserve the right to use the sent works for Satyrykon advertising purposes without any special fees paid to the authors: to be exhibited and reproduced in a variety of advertising materials, as well as printed and circulated in catalogues.
2. The prize-winning works become the property of the organizers and will be included in the collection of the Satyrykon Gallery.
3. The exhibition organizers are the final judges in interpretation of the regulations.
4. Sending her/his work the artist agrees to the mentioned above rules and regulations and agrees to publication of the author’s profile in the post-exhibition catalogue.
5. Legnica Culture Center (+4876 72-33-700; e-mail: satyrykon@lck.art.pl,) is the organizer of the International Exhibition Satyrykon – Legnica 2025.
Schedule:
- Work acceptance deadline: 7th January 2025 at 11:59 a.m.(Polish time zone).
- Qualification for competition exhibition will be announced on 24th January 2025 at Satyrykon website www.satyrykon.pl
- Jury meeting: February 28th, 2025.
- Announcement of the list of participants selected for the exhibition: March 7, 2025.
- Post-competition exhibition: June – August, 2025.
- Return of the works after the exhibition cycle: Decembar 31, 2026.
