The number was reduced to 572 because some of the cartoons were not relevant to the topic. The pre-selection committee examined the cartoons and determined the 100 finalists. The finalist cartoons will be open for review for one week.
If there are similar studies on cartoons, they must be reported to the organization of the competition.

Similar works will be reviewed by our selection committee and if necessary, be removed from the list of finalists. Then it will be on to the scoring. Objections and similar works that will come after this period will not be evaluated.
