Cartoon and Art of Kosova in Prishtina Association announces cartoon contest the 4th International Cartoon Festival with theme " Destruction of nature and Free section”. Cartoon contest will start from 12 August 2021 - 01 October 2021.

This competition is organised by KrAgi, the Kosova Cartoon and Art Association, based in Pristina, Kosova
1- Participation..
The competition is open to all regardless of nationality, race, age, sex or profession
2. Selected Themes Are:
a) Destruction of Nature
b) Free Section
3- Participation Requirements..
3.1- Submitted artwork should not exceed the following size 30 by 40 cm
3.2- Each competitior is allowed to take part with a maximum of three works.
3.3- Submitted work can be in black and white, colour and carried out in any technique.
3.4- Each artwork must be in a 300 dpi resolution, printable on a A3 size, JPEG format.

4.2- Only previously unpublished and awarded artwork will be considered
