“International Island Country Artists 4th World Exhibition of Postal Art” is an international exhibition and is open to all artists and art students. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞.
Each participant whose work is exhibited will be given a “Participation Certificate" issued in his name.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Standard size of the works should be A4 paper (21 x 29.7 cm.).
Artists are free to use any technique they want on A4 paper. Acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolor, pastel etc. In addition to materials, original printing, digital design, collage, photography, cartoon handicrafts,etc. techniques can be used or mixed techniques can be used.
For artists who want to work on both paper and envelopes, the standard size of the envelope is 22.5 x 30cm. (It is not necessary to work on the envelope.)

The works participating in the exhibition must belong to 2021 and must not be exhibited at all.
The works must have the stamp or seal of the postal center of the city they are sent to. Any artist can use stamps.
Each artist can participate in the exhibition with a maximum of 4 (four) works.
The artist's name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address and phone number must be written on the back of the works.
Works must be delivered to the address specified above on JUN, 20TH, 2021 at the latest. Works received after this date will not be accepted for the exhibition.
The exhibition organizing board is not responsible for any postal malfunctions or damages that may occur in the post.
The mailing fee of the work belongs to the participant.
At the end of the exhibition, the works will not be sent back, the participation certificates will be sent to the artists by e-mail.
Social, unethical, religious or political Works with messages will not be exhibited.
