Serbest konuyla serbest çizim yapan tüm sanatçılar katılmaya davetlidir. Kayıt ücretsizdir. Katılımcı çizerlerin en küçük A4 boyutundan (21 x 29,7 cm) A3 boyutuna (29,7 x 42 cm) kadar kendilerine ait eserlerle kayıt yaptırmaları gerekmektedir.
Kayıtlar 30 Ağustos 2024'te kapanacaktır. Tüm eserlerin ORİJİNAL ve YAYINLANMAMIŞ olması gerekmektedir.

Minimum A4 ila A3 boyutunda, 300 dpi'lik JPEG dosyalarında. Kayıtlı eserleri olan her sanatçının e-postaları yalnızca bir kez gönderilmelidir, böylece klasörler kopyalanmaz, eserlerin organizasyonu, seçimi ve ödüllendirilmesi kolaylaşır.

Not: 4 (dört) kategorinin her biri için en fazla 3 eser gönderilebilir ve sanatçı başına en fazla 12 eser gönderilebilir.

ÖDÜLLER
4 (dört) Kategorinin (Karikatür, Portre Karikatür, Siyasi Karikatür ve Çizgi Roman) her birinde kazananlara 300,00 R$ (üç yüz real) değerinde ödüller vereceğiz. Ödüller, operatörün nakliye ücreti düşülerek banka havalesi veya yurtdışına havale yoluyla ödenecektir. Ayrıca Jüri Komitemiz tarafından seçilen 4 (dört) ödüllü sanatçıya e-postayla gönderilecek Dijital Sertifikalarımız da olacak. Kupalar posta yoluyla gönderilecektir. Kazananlara ek olarak, e-postayla gönderilen Dijital Sertifikaları alacak olan Mansiyon Ödülüne sahip 10 (on) sanatçıyı daha dahil edeceğiz. Seçilen ve ödüllendirilenler Eylül 2024'e kadar Blog'umuzda ve Facebook'ta duyurulacak ve yayınlanacaktır.
SERGİ
Seçilen 100 eser, Limeira Belediyesi Kültür Dairesi tarafından desteklenen gezici fiziksel sergiye ek olarak, Eylül 2024'te “Editora O PIU” blogundaki (www.jornalopiu.blogspot.com) kalıcı sanal sergimizde sergilenecek. Ve 01-31 Ekim 2024 tarihleri arasında şehrin önemli noktalarında.
Kayıtlı tüm eserler “Editora O PIU” tarafından edinilmiş kabul edilecektir. Bu eserlerin mülkiyeti, kullanımı ve diğer her türlü hakkı “Editora O PIU”ya ait olup, bunları uygun gördüğü şekilde kullanma hakkını saklı tutar. Basit kayıt, katılımcının bu Yönetmelikleri otomatik ve tam olarak kabul ettiği anlamına gelir.

Registration until August 30th
All artists who draw freehand, with a free theme, are invited to participate. Registration is free. Participants must register with works of their own authorship, from a minimum size of A4 (21 x 29.7cm) to A3 size (29.7 x 42cm). Registration will close on August 30, 2024. All works must be ORIGINAL and UNRELEASED.
All works must be sent to the email: piuhumor@hotmail.com
in JPEG files with a minimum size of A4 to A3, with 300dpi. E-mails from each artist with registered works must be sent only once, so that the folders are not duplicated, facilitating the organization, selection and awarding of works.
IF THE REGULATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETELY FOLLOWED, THE DESIGNS CANNOT BE SELECTED AND AWARDED.

Note: Up to 3 works can be sent for each of the 4 (four) categories, totaling a maximum of 12 works per artist.

AWARDS
For winners in each of the 4 (four) Categories - CARICATURE, CARTOON, CHARGE and COMICS - we will have prizes worth R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais). Prizes will be paid via bank deposit or remittance abroad, minus the operator's shipping fee. We will also have Digital Certificates for the 4 (four) award-winning artists selected by our Judging Committee that will be sent by email. Trophies will be sent by post. In addition to the winners, we will include another 10 (ten) artists with Honorable Mentions who will receive Digital Certificates sent by email. Those selected and awarded will be announced and published on our Blog and Facebook, by September 2024.
EXHIBITION
The 100 selected works will be exhibited in September 2024, in our permanent virtual exhibition on the “Editora O PIU” blog - www.jornalopiu.blogspot.com - in addition to the itinerant physical exhibition promoted by the Municipal Department of Culture of Limeira from 01 to 31 October 2024, at prominent points in the city.
All registered works will be considered acquisitive by “Editora O PIU”. Possession, use and any other rights over these works will belong to “Editora O PIU”, which reserves the right to use them as it sees fit. Simple registration constitutes automatic and full agreement by the participant with these Regulations.
