The Foundation for the Freedom of Artistic Expression is proud to announce its first festival of art.The Foundation supports artists and writers all over the world. It will start its activity on 2020. It would help provide domestic and international exhibitions for artists to create and
distribute diverse cultural expression free from any control or interference of states, politics or agencies.
Its first exhibition will be Cartoon and Caricature.
Its theme is the pen, as an artistic tool, and artistic expression in exile.
The exhibit is open to every technique. Each participant could present up to 3 pieces. Each piece should be 200 pixels in length and width and in jpeg format with 300 dpi.
The full name, a resume, a photograph, and a short biography of the artist should be submitted.
Each participant must accept the Foundation's right to use his or her submission in its future publications and exhibitions.
Deadline for submission: 7 May 2019.

All participants will receive a digital certificate of appreciation from the Foundation for Freedom of Artistic Expression All the exhibition's submissions will be published in a digital book along with the artist's resume.
