Second International Cartoon Festival, is one of the initiatives that KrAgi Cartoon and Art of Kosova in Prishtina organizes.
1- Participation
The competition is opened for everyone regardless of nationality, race, age, sex or profession
2- Theme
The Kosovo in the eyes of cartoonist
3- Conditions Of Entry
1. Artworks shouldnot exceed the dimension 30 x 40cm.
2. Each competitor is allowed to participate in the competition with maximum 3 work.
3. Artworks can be in black and white or color and can be drawn using any technique.
4. Artworks must be with 300dpi resolution, printable for a3 dimension, JPEG format.
5. Each competitor must fill the application form.

2. Artworks should be unpublished or awarded by any competition.
