- Its theme is the signal for help, as an hand tool, and help expression in exile.
- The exhibit is open to every technique.
- Each participant could present up to 2 pieces.
- Each piece should be 2000 pixels in length and width and in jpeg format with 300 dpi.
- Each participant must accept the Signal for help right to use his or her submission in its future publications and exhibitions.
- Deadline for submission: 7 october 2021
