Purpose of the Competition:
The XXXIII International Cartoon Contest “Risto Pejatovic” continues a long-standing tradition of promoting caricature as a form of critical, satirical, and socially engaged visual expression.
The competition is organized as part of the Days of Humor and Satire “Vuko Bezarevic” in Pljevlja and aims to encourage contemporary artistic reflections on current social, economic, and environmental issues through caricature.
Submission Guidelines:
Theme: "Mining"
Number of Submissions: Up to 5 works per artist.
Technique & Format:
Original works and digitally printed works are accepted. Digital prints must be of high quality.
All works must be signed by the author.

Rights & Conditions
• Submitted works will not be returned.
• The organizer reserves the right to use and publish submitted works.
Submitted works may be used for publicity purposes (including social media), project reports, or future exhibitions, unless the executive committee determines the use to be exceptional commercial use.

• GRAND PRIX – 800 € and a trophy
• Two Special Awards – 300 € each
(Award includes a plaque and monetary prize)

The awards will be presented in Pljevlja during the central ceremony of the Days of Humor and Satire “Vuko Bezarevic”.
