This has become a common practice, but we must take measures to minimize its disadvantages.
In recent years, a major problem has emerged in the world of cartoons, one that has become commonplace and routine due to its repetition and abundance, and whose drawbacks we pay less attention to.
This problem has become part of cartoons and cannot be changed. Therefore, since we have no other option, we must find solutions to minimize its damage and improve the situation.
Judging art events is different from judging sporting events. There are no clear and precise criteria, no fixed norms, and they cannot be measured. Therefore, we cannot accept the jury's votes as definitive, accurate, or immutable.
Nowadays, judging in many festivals is conducted online, and votes are counted. Each jury typically evaluates the work based on their own perspective. The scores are tallied, and the final results are determined. The sum of the numbers determines the result... without any discussion or debate of their opinions, and sometimes even without considering similarities and errors.
