New Cartoon Exhibition Celebrates the Nile in Egupt
As part of the “El-Nile ‘Ando Ketir” (The Nile Has So Much to Offer) initiative, the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Egyptian Caricature Association, is organizing a special international cartoon exhibition this August, coinciding with the annual Egyptian celebration of "Wafaa El-Nil" (Fidelity of the Nile).
The exhibition aims to reflect the civilizational, historical, and human significance of the Nile River in the consciousness of the Egyptian people, through artistic works that explore their profound connection to this eternal river and its cultural place in everyday life.
Theme:
"The Nile River .. Water"
Participation Guidelines:
• Open to artists from all countries.
• Submitted works must must be 300 dpi, in JPEG format, and in A3 size.
• Artwork may be in color or black & white, using any technique.
Cartoons Turkiye (Pencere Mizah)
• Each artist may submit up to 2 artworks.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to use the selected works for promotion and exhibition-related purposes, including printing, publishing, and media coverage (both digital and print).
