"Smiling City” Cartoon Contest 2025 Gura Humorului

Upon the occasion of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului”, the 35th edition, the Town Hall of Gura Humorului organizes a special satirical graphics contest.

Contest rules:

· Subject: „Smiling City”

· The participants must submit 1 (one) satirical graphic work

· The cartoon must be created after the 1st of January 2025, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests.

Cartoons Turkiye / (Pencere Mizah)

Special Prize: 150 euros.

· The works must be sent at the following e-mail address:

smiling.city.gh@gmail.com until the 1/7/ 2025.

· The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului” and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials.

Together with the work, we are asking you to send us the following:

- Last name, First name

- Address

- Telephone number

- E-mail address

- Name of the work (optional)
