REGULATION – CARICATURE SECTION
The International Festival of Satirical Graphics “SAUL STEINBERG” (First International Edition)
The contest is open to cartoonists worldwide.
Cartoons Turkiye / (Pencere Mizah)
The festival includes a Satirical Graphics Section, divided into two subsections:
1- Humorous drawing with the theme: “STAR, STARS” and subsequent derivatives
2- Portrait with the theme: “SAUL STEINBERG – caricaturist of the world”
- Up to 3 works may be submitted.
- Each submission must include a CV (in Romanian or English) with full name, address, phone number, email, country of origin, copy of ID or passport, and IBAN.
- Format: JPG, 300 dpi resolution
- Size: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)

Mention
- Selected works will appear in the 2025 “SAUL STEINBERG” Satirical Graphics Salon.
- The jury, composed of internationally recognized artists, will select the winners.
- Works will not be returned and will remain in the festival archive.
- The organizers reserve the right to exhibit or publish submissions.
