2023 marks the Year of the Rabbit. Adorable and affectionate, the rabbit is seen as a symbol of vitality, rebirth and resurrection in both East and West. It is very much adored as an auspicious animal in Chinese folk customs and stands for endless life, a big family with many children, longevity and good fortunes. In ancient times, the rabbit often appeared together with the moon, hence praised as “the spirit of the bright moon🌛“.

**Participants under 18 years of age (on the closing date of the competition) must have the approval of their parents or guardian to enter the competition and will be required to submit a completed and signed parental consent form in order to qualify for consideration by judges.
