Topic 1- Cartoon: “Where is the world going ,,,?”
The artistic board of Albanian Excellence, founder of the 2nd Niko Nikolla International Cartoon Biennale, has decided that the theme of the 2nd Niko Nikolla International Cartoon Biennale will be: "Where is the world going...?"
This topic was set based on the situation that the world is going through today in many ways.
In different atheistic perspectives and plans, artists from all over the world through the art of caricature will bring the powerful social, environmental and political messages that every society has today.
Topic 2- Caricature: Portrait Agim SULAJ
This year, the second theme It will be a Caricature portrait that will be dedicated to the well-known Italian-Albanian painter and cartoonist: Agim Sulaj.
Eligibility:
- Cartoonists aged 18 or above.
- Works can be sent all techniques.
- Works must be submitted by September 10, 2022
- The number of entries 4 cartoons on the given topic.
- The works should be send to the address: albexcellence@gmail.com
- The submitted works could not have participated in any other Contests.
- From all the submitted works, the Jury will select 150 works.
- Selected works will be notified by email and then the original works will be sent by post.

- The works that will be announced as winners will remain the property of the Cartoon Biennial.
