Comic Strip World Championship 2021
Competition participants must submit their comic strip by October 31st, 2021 at 16:59 (Finnish time zone) at the latest. Your comic strip entry must be published on Instagram using the hashtag announced in the broadcast on October 26th. The jury is made up of comic multitalents and cartoonists selected from at least three continents.
The Oulu Comics Festival presents the 2nd annual Comic Strip World Championship!

All work must be previously unpublished. The comics must be created in response to the theme. The format and style of the comic strip is unrestricted, however the text should be in English to facilitate judging. Pre-registration is not required and questions about technical issues will not be answered.
The winners will be announced at the tenth Oulu Comics Festival opening ceremony on November 18th, 2021 at 5:00 pm (Finnish time zone). In addition to the world champion, the 2nd place runner up and the audience’s favorite will also receive fame and glory.
