Terms & Condition
1. Open for all, no age limit.
2. Entries will be accepted strictly through Email only. Kindly send it to:
triambak17@gmail.com
3. One participant can send max. 3 Entries.
4. Size of cartoon A4 and 300 DPI.
5. It can be B/W, color or digital medium, in Hindi or English Language or without words.
6. Kindly give name, address, age, profession, phone, email, bank details with IFSC code to send cash prizes.
7. Decission of Panel of Judges will be final and no correspondence will be done for the same.
8. Last date of entries - 30 September 2021 (Evening 5 PM)
9. Results will be declared on 2nd October 2021 (Evening 5 PM)
10. All entries will be property of Cartoon Watch & Culture Department of CG, can be used for display and printing, time to time.

3rd Prize 5.000/- Rs
