(Unfold Dreams) HOPE 21 National Competition of Cartoon & Caricature 2021 India

There is no age limit for this competition, not everyone is necessary to participate in both cartoon and caricature category, you can participate in any one, you can upload JPEG or PNG file up to two mb, in the contest You don’t have to file today by registering today, you can participate in the competition by satisfyingly registering by 12 pm on August 5th

Rules and regulation

1. Participation

¢ Artists from all over India can participate.

¢ Both Professional and Non-Professional Artist are allowed to participate in this

competition.

2. Entries

A. You can draw or paint in any mediums and must send it on digital format only.

B. Works must be originals, which have not been published or awarded by any other

National / International competition.

C. Photo manipulation or use of any App is not acceptable.

D. The digital works has to be sent in JPG/JPEG/PNG format, 300 dpi (2480 x 3508 pixels) with the limit of 2MB for each.

E. Dimensions including any passe-partout 21 x 29.7 cm (A4).

F. Number of entries per contestant : One each for cartoon and caricature.

G. Entries not clearly visible, low quality and wrong subjects will be rejected.

H. You can not post your participating cartoon / caricature on social media until the result is announced.

3. Rights

¢ All works selected may be used by the Organizers and Sponsors for Promotion, Exhibition and Publication.

4. Evaluation

¢ Entries will be judged on the based on basis of Originality and Creativity. The decision of jury will be final and can not be challenged.

5. Delivery of prizes

¢ The Organizer will not resend any prize due to the failure of delivery thereof caused by incorrect information submitted by the participating artists.

6. Disqualifications

¢ Participants, who submit false information, will be disqualified.
