Theme: The Satirical Writer "Yaqoub SANOUA" (1839-1912). The First Person To Introduce The Art Of Caricature Into The Egyptian Press, Founder Of "Abu NAZARAZARKA" Magazine in 1767.
- The Contest Is Open To All Cartoonists All Over The World, Over the Age Of 18, Regardless Of Nationality, Religion, And Gender.
Rules:
- Each Participation Can Submit Up To 3 Works, In 300 DPI In JPG Format A3 Size /297 z 420Mm.) And Free Techniquest.
