7) Subsistence in COVID-19 Pandemic

9) Myths and Facts

10) Sanctions an obstacle in combatting COVID-19

11) Debt Relief

12) Africa after COVID-19

13) The effects of COVID-19 on Silencing the Guns project in Africa

Deadline for sending artworks:

5 August 2020 (before 12 midnight)

Conditions:

- Only African nationals and Iranian can contest in this festival;

- Each cartoonist can send maximum 3 artworks;

- Artworks should be in A4 size and sent in JPEG format with 300DPI resolution;

- Form of entry should be completed for each artwork;

- The artworks has not been sent in any other festival or printed before;

- Any technics and methods can be used;

- Artworks should follow copy right regulations;

- By sending the artwork, the cartoonist guarantee that he/she is creator of the artworks and give permission to the organizer to publish the artworks anywhere it deems necessary freely.

Jury:

The best artworks will be selected in two parts; by public votes and jury.

Public selection:

The public vote will be held on 10 July 2020 till 17 August 2020 at Islamic Republic of Iran

The two artworks which receives the highest number of likes will be selected as winners of the public vote.

The 1st public vote: 300 US$

The 2nd public vote: 200 US$

Jury selection:

The 1st selected by jury: 500 US$

The 2nd selected by jury: 400 US$

The 3rd selected by jury: 300 US$
