Telangana Cartoonists Welfare Association sponsors International Caricature Competition on the occassion of 100 th birth anniversary of a multilingualist, economic reformist and our former Prime Minister of India Sri P. V. Narasimha RAO from Telangana.

⇥ Send mail to t.toonists@gmail.com by June 20th, 2020. only single per person
⇥ Can be sent in black and white or colour
⇥ Paper should be in A4 size and scanned with a proper scanner.
⇥ In digital format the drawing should be of 2480x3508 pixel dimensions and about 150 or 300 DPI. If the drawing is in large size then adjust it to fit in the above mentioned size.
⇥The final selection will be done by the organizing committee and there is no chance for opinions to arise.
⇥ Organisers are authorized to use your drawings for exhibitions or publishing.
⇥ Anyone can participate in this competition. There is no age limit.
⇥ Contesttants are requered to send their passport size photo along with their details.
