3rd International Yilmaz GUNEY Cartoon Contest 2020 Istanbul Turkey
Rules:
1- The competition is open to all amateur and professional world artists.
2- The subject of the competition; It has been designated as “Cinema and Immigrants”.
3- The technique is free for the works that will participate in the competition. Works must not have been awarded in any competition before. 4- Participants can send as many works as they want. However, a cartoonist is not awarded more than one prize.

7- All the artists should send their name, postal address, telephone, e-mail address, short CV and one photograph together with the works.
8- The cartoons that have been awarded and deemed worthy to be exhibited will be published in an album by Sancı Yayınları and this album will be sent to the owners.
9- The exhibition of the competition will be opened in different cities, and the award ceremony will be held on the final night of the festival on June 14, 2020. The awards of those who cannot attend the ceremony will be sent to their addresses.
10- As a result of the evaluation;
“Yılmaz Güney Honor Award” will be given to 3 cartoonists,
“Yılmaz Güney Culture and Art Festival Special Award” to 1 cartoonist, and
“Jury Special Award” to 1 cartoonist. In addition,
"Yılmaz Güney Freedom Award" will be given to 2 cartoonists from prisons.
The awards include “Specially Designed Figurine, Yılmaz Güney Books Set and Original Yılmaz Güney Movie Posters” published by Yılmaz Güney Foundation.

12- Cartoons participating in the competition, posters, calendars, brochures, magazines, newspapers, etc. that will remain in the archive of the organizing institution. can be published in organs. In return, the work will be sent to the published artist from that publication.
13- The cartoonists who participate in the competition are deemed to have accepted the above conditions.
