Publication of jury decisions by 2/15/2020. years.

The awarding ceremony will take place at the closing night of the Festival on April 1, 2020.

The organizer will bear the costs of travel and accommodation of the awarded authors. The official languages of the festival are Serbian and English.

All cartoonists whose work is selected for the exhibition and catalog will receive a free copy of the catalog.

The works remain the property of the Festival. The Organizer reserves the right to use the works submitted for the competition in order to promote the Festival.
