Cartoon should not be rewarded at any festival carlier.
Deadline for submission is until: April 25, 2019.
An evaluation committee will select 80 cartoons for the exhibition and an international jury will make the final assessment.
Prizes:
First Prize- €300 "Golden HitHi"
Second Prize- €200 "Silver HitHi"
Third Prize- €100 "Bronze HitHi"
There will also be two special awards
Cash prizes will be awarded according to Kosovo laws.
The exhibition will open May 10, 2019 at 19:00 in Art Gallery - Ferizaj.
For international guests will provide transport from Pristina airport to Ferizaj, food and accommodation for one night.
Cartoonists who will be present will receive a copy of the catalog, while others can download it in PDF format from our site.
The received cartoons will remain in the festival's archive. Organizers reserve the right to use them for various purposes withhout the obligation fee. By submitting the works, it is considered rules of the competition.
