The Character Communication Office announces an international cartoon competition for
professional and amateur cartoonists, satirical artists and graphic designers.
Wake Up! It's not the 20th century! The world works differently. It will be better? Or worse? It also depends on us. We used to do it differently in the past. But now we have the opportunity to change. Show what you think about the relationship between man and nature in the 21st century!
